About Us

Dr. Jennifer Helton has over 20 years of experience providing dermatological care of varied skin conditions to patients of all ages. She is double-boarded in Dermatology and Dermatopathology. This additional training gives her insight in to the clinical and histopathologic correlation of skin conditions and skin cancers. She has been voted as one of Charlotte’s top doctors several times by Charlotte Magazine and recognized as one of North Carolinas top doctors in Business North Carolina.

Dr. Helton graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. Honors included induction into Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She completed her dermatology residency at the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland Oregon. She received additional training by completing a dermatopathology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Dr. Helton also provides cosmetic procedures for her patients. Her dermatologic training provides her with the utmost understanding of the skin and the aging process. This make her the most qualified to provide cosmetic procedures for her patients. The procedures include Botox injections for frown lines, crow’s feet, and axillary hyperhidrosis (sweating under the arms). She performs filler injections and laser procedures.

Rachelle Cronin, Physician Assistant
Rachelle is originally from Buffalo, NY. She obtained a Bachelor of Health Science degree from Daemen College in Amherst, NY. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree, also from Daemen College, graduating with academic honors.Rachelle has been practicing in the specialty of dermatology for over 8 years. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Carolina. She enjoys, and has experience, in all aspects of general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Rachelle treats patients of all ages.Rachelle lives in the Lake Wylie area and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys outdoor activities like running and boating, as well as traveling, and craft activities.

Linda Ryznar, PA

Linda Ryznar, Physician Assistant
Linda is a certified physician assistant originally from the metro Detroit area in Michigan. She received a Bachelor’s in Biology, from Albion College, graduating cum laude with academic honors. Linda then completed a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating from Wayne State University.Linda has been practicing in dermatology for over 6 years. She has experience in aesthetic, surgical and medical dermatology. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the state of North Carolina. She is a current member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), North Carolina Medical Society, North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistant (NCAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

Rebecca

Rebecca Strunk-Lail , PA
Becca is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a master’s degree from James Madison University. Originally from Virginia, she moved to North Carolina in 2015 to begin her dermatology career. She is extensively trained in clinical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the state of North Carolina. She is a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She is passionate for helping people feel like the most confident version of themselves by providing comprehensive care using her medical and cosmetic expertise. Her focus is on skin health, low maintenance skincare, and conservative aesthetics to achieve natural and beautiful results.

Outside of work, Becca is passionate about all things fitness, including running and high-intensity interval training. When she’s not breaking a sweat, you can find her spending quality time with her husband, two young daughters, and Great Dane puppy.
