Our Medical
Practice

Steele Creek Dermatology has cared for Charlotte's skin, hair and nails for over 20 years, treating patients of all ages. Our medical team brings dual board-certification in Dermatology and Dermatopathology, so skin conditions and skin cancers are evaluated both clinically and under the microscope. Dr. Jennifer Helton practices alongside three certified physician assistants and our aesthetics team, each experienced across medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Who We Are

Our team pairs deep dermatologic training with the kind of attention a smaller practice can give. Dr. Jennifer Helton is double board-certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology, and practices alongside three certified physician assistants, Rachelle Cronin, Linda Ryznar and Rebecca Strunk-Lail, each licensed in North Carolina and experienced in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Together they treat patients of all ages, across medical and cosmetic care.

We know you may be worried or anxious about a skin condition. This is a team that will take the time to explain what's happening and why.

What We Do

We provide dermatological services covering a broad spectrum of needs. On the medical side, that includes evaluation of abnormal moles, skin cancer diagnosis and surgical removal, treatment of sun damaged skin, and care for acne, rashes, cysts, warts and other lesions. On the cosmetic side, we offer BOTOX® Cosmetic, fillers, chemical peels, microneedling and laser treatments. Cosmetic dermatology is simply medical dermatology performed for aesthetic purposes, and your skin's health always comes first.
